When I met with Steve before hiring him as my agent I told him that if nothing else, please keep me informed as to what was happening with the listing...even if nothing was going on. I wanted to know that he was working on my behalf and chasing down any and every potential lead. He exceeded my expectations in this regard. His communication, follow-up and follow through was great. He also went the extra mile for me by offering to help me get rid of some of the excess furnishings if I could not do so myself. Even though it would have meant spending his own time on a weekend to do it, he was more than happy to do it for me. Service was great the entire time.
